BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Please arrive on time to your appointment so that we can commence your treatment on time.

If you arrive late, we endeavour to provide the longest treatment time possible but may need to reduce treatment time to adhere to scheduling.

If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hour notice. Full payment is required to make a booking and any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in loss of the full payment.

The fee will be forfeited on the day if you do not show up for your treatment and a new treatment payment will be required if you wish to make a further booking.

NO REFUND POLICY

We are committed to providing high-quality services, products, and a positive client experience. To ensure fairness and consistency, we have implemented the following no refund policy:

Treatments

  • Payments made for treatments are non-refundable.

  • If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we are happy to reschedule your session provided you give at least 24 hours' notice.

Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Vouchers are transferable and may be gifted to another person should the original recipient be unable to use them.

  • All vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used for any of our services.

Products

  • Products purchased through our online or in-store shop, including supplements, gift vouchers, and at-home colonic coffee kits, are non-refundable.

  • In the unlikely event of a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
